Shipping to Prisons
Updated over a week ago

Zggly.com delivers to prisons, but we encourage you to check with the prison first to see if they accept deliveries and if they have any special policies.

Package labels should only include the address of the package, the company name of Zggly.com, and the return address. We cannot include any additional labels or instructions on a package.

You cannot send gifts anonymously to prisoners; the collection address is listed on your order invoice. Prisoners cannot sign for packages, so they are only allowed to receive packages via US Mail. Zggly.com usually sends packages via US Mail, but we use UPS and FedEx as well.

There is no way to select a particular shipper. To avoid delivery issues, have the package shipped to your home and then ship it to the prison via US Mail.
