Delays can be avoided by providing error-free billing and shipping information.
Here are a few things to remember:
Make sure your billing address matches the one on your monthly bank or credit card statement.
Don’t include fields that don’t match your address, such as “N/A”, “Not applicable”, etc.
Make sure you add the correct information in the appropriate fields. For example, don’t include city and state info in the “Address Line 2” field. Use city and state information instead.
Avoid using accent marks or other English characters in the address field.
Do not include shipping and delivery instructions in your address fields. Zggly’s merchants, as well as marketplace sellers, use a wide range of carriers. That’s why we can’t help with requests for certain shippers.
Add Business Hours to your Addresses
You can add hours of operation when you are shipping your orders to a business facility:
Go to Your Account
Select Your Addresses
Go to the address you want to edit and select Add delivery instructions.
Make sure your Property type is set to Business.
Add the hours of operations for the business. You can set separate scheduling options for weekends, weekdays or holidays. You can also add information like access codes or additional delivery instructions.
Save changes
